2. Attach tube bands to the anchor for chest presses or rows.
3. Use fabric loop bands above your knees for glute activation exercises.
4. Secure ankle cuffs for leg extensions or kickbacks.
5. Perform 8–15 reps per exercise, controlling the return phase.
6. Store all pieces in the nylon bag after drying to prevent moisture damage.

FAQ

Is this set strong enough for muscle building?

It provides light to moderate resistance – enough for toning and endurance, but not for significant hypertrophy. For serious strength gains, you would need heavier rubber bands or weights.

How long do the bands last with daily use?

The latex tube bands may start to stretch or snap after 3–4 months of daily use. Fabric loop bands last longer (6–8 months). The nylon bag and handles are durable.

Can the door anchor damage my door frame?

It can leave minor scuff marks on painted frames. Place a thin cloth between the anchor strap and door to protect the surface.

Are the bands suitable for tall people?

The tube bands are 120 cm long – fine for most exercises, but very tall users (over 190 cm) may find some movements limited in range of motion.
